Subject: RE: speed workouts? I just checked your calendar, you have two races one this month one next, what I am assuming is that you had plan dates less than 8 weeks? If it's this short, we don't include speed workouts as we can't cycle you through base, build1, build2 phases or assume that you are ready to hop into speed workouts. For speed workouts you need a plan at least 12 weeks long that way we get at least 4 weeks of 'base' before we take you through one month of 'build' then the peak/taper. |
