Veteran 214 | Subject: RE: Oklahoma City Redman Triathlon - Half Redman I am doing the half. I did my first HIM in florida this year. My swim time was nothing to boast about, but I did a nice steady pace and didn't get tired at all. This is also my plan for the redman. I'm only worried about the wind. Hopefully it will be only 2-5mph with temps in the 70's. Good luck! |
