I have developed my own training plan for the next 8-9 weeks and would like to add these to my workout calendar. is this possible? I can't seem to be able to add planned workouts without using the one of the plans or the custom plan creator.

First you need to put the plan in our template.  Download the Import Template and make sure to save it as a CSV.

Then go to 'Settings' --> 'Training Log Settings' --> 'My training plan' to upload it and then you can import it anytime into your planned training log.

Let me know if this helps or if you have more questions on it.

thank you. It worked for me. Is it possible to add planned workouts without adding an entire plan? (for instance, if I wanted to add 3-4 without setting up an actual CSV file.

You can go to your 'Training Log' --> 'My training plan' and directly edit your planned training day by day.  If you wanted to reuse this, you would go to the calendar view and copy the date range to another date range.

Or go back to 'settings' --> 'My training plans' and create a plan from the plan builder (not import it via csv), though you still have to send it to your training log - this is better for a complete plan, not something you are adding too weekly.

I would try the first option.

Fact is, it's tough. Best bet is to do the training that you can, and let the chips fall where they may.
