Subject: RE: Planned workoutsYou can go to your 'Training Log' --> 'My training plan' and directly edit your planned training day by day. If you wanted to reuse this, you would go to the calendar view and copy the date range to another date range. Or go back to 'settings' --> 'My training plans' and create a plan from the plan builder (not import it via csv), though you still have to send it to your training log - this is better for a complete plan, not something you are adding too weekly. I would try the first option. |
