Purchased this bike brand new from Bicycle World Houston in August 2011. Bike was strictly used for racing, not training, and we competed in 5 races in 2012 and 6 races in 2013. Never laid down, dropped, crashed or scratched and components are in perfect working condition. Please visit the Felt website for full list of technical specs; Shimano Ultegra derailleurs, FSA cransket and FSA brakes on the bike now. Comes with the original Felt TTR wheelset. I'd like to keep my saddle, but am willing to let the Shimano pedals go with the bike. Will also throw in the tube-mounted Felt carbon water bottle holder.

This bike was my baby and was taken care of as such. It has seen me rise in the rankings from an average age-grouper to recently qualifying for the USAT nationals in 2014. I hate to sell this bike, but I am having my hip labrum repaired in October and will miss the majority of the 2014 season. I'd rather it go to someone who can use it than sit in the guest room collecting dust. Asking $1,400 plus shipping (should be under $100).

Feel free to fire away with the questions...thanks for looking.

We are often asked the question, "What size frame should I buy" and the answer is “it depends”. I know that’s not the answer you want to hear, but hopefully the following will shed some more light.

Work your weakness. In the sport of triathlon, most coaches agree that you should spend the most time working on your weakest of the three sports. For many of you this will be swimming!
