Subject: auto-renew Hey Guys,
Can you fix what ever is causing the auto-renew option not to work on my account? This will be the 3rd consecutive month that the membership auto-renew has been activated, but the system proceeds to wipe my membership (& training plan ) clean. I checked the settings in August to be sure it was correct. I checked bank - just for giggles. It is not a payment issue on my end. It would be great if you could put my training plan back into the system (preferably the 1 that was created in July ). I am only a few weeks out from my next sprint, so redoing the custom is kind of pointless.
I really enjoy all of the features, and using the custom plan to keep my idiocy in check. But - its only a value - if the history and tracking is consistent.
It could be a i-D-10-T error on my part. Either way - I would appreciate the help.
