Hey Guys,

Can you fix what ever is causing the auto-renew option not to work on my account? This will be the 3rd consecutive month that the membership auto-renew has been activated, but the system proceeds to wipe my membership (& training plan) clean. I checked the settings in August to be sure it was correct. I checked bank - just for giggles. It is not a payment issue on my end. It would be great if you could put my training plan back into the system (preferably the 1 that was created in July). I am only a few weeks out from my next sprint, so redoing the custom is kind of pointless.

I really enjoy all of the features, and using the custom plan to keep my idiocy in check. But - its only a value - if the history and tracking is consistent.

It could be a i-D-10-T error on my part. Either way - I would appreciate the help.

I'd like to cast a vote for a look into this as well.  After reading the above post I checked my auto-renew and it said "no", so changed it to "yes" by clicking on the blue disable link, then went to the online coaching link and back and it was reading "No" again.  Tried a couple of variations on the theme but ended up seeing the same result.  Looked for some sort of "Save" button on the page but did not see it.

Ok, there were a few things that we just fixed and updated regarding this.  Let me know in a month as it goes into autorenewal to see if what we fixed worked.

Going from a membership to free doesn't wipe your plan out of your 'planned training' - it just doesn't allow access. When you re-enable the membership, you will have access again - no need to recreate it.   We did just put in a few bugfixes for this.  Let me know in a month if it autorenews without problem.
