Subject: Adding Strength exercises?

Hey Ron!

Any chance that we can get some strength exercises added?  Some of the stuff on Mike Ricci's "Intermediate Strength Training Program" are not listed in the strength exercises currently.  Would you like me to go through the list and identify which are missing?

I think this ought to do it for the first phase of his program, Ron.  I'll have to clarify with him what some of the things mean in phase 2 and beyond.

OK, they are in:

LEGS: Wall Squat (FB)
BACK: Rear Raise (FB)
LEGS: Walking Lunges
CORE: Russian Twist (FB)
CORE: Double Crunch (FB)
CORE: Twisting Crunch (FB)
CORE: Hyper Hugs (FB)

And I am assuming physioball = Fitball (FB)...just to maintain current exercise nomenclature.
