Subject: Redondo Beach Tri
Anyone going to do the Redondo beach Tri or have experience with it in the past? It is a relatively short race, even by sprint standards, but it has a solid open water swim to start.....which I desparately need practice with.

I did it last year, and I'm going to do it again this year.  It's fun.  If you want some experience swimming at Redondo, the LATri club has a weekly Sunday 11am beginners swim at the race location.  And the race organizers do an open water clinic.

I would be on for that. But my registering will depend on my coaching schedule (fingers crossed) . With the the shorter distances on the bike and run . Its should be a real fast sprint triathlon and in my opinion favor the faster swimmers .

Chris M has done well on this course , I am sure he will give a rundown .
