Subject: RE: What's for lunch? (post race nutrition) If it's not too late in the afternoon/morning, i like to have peanut butter oatmeal (sometimes i'll mix in rasins) it's yummy. I finished a race about 8:30 this morning, just got home around noon (i placed, so waited for awards). Just finished a sub sandwhich from a local grocery store and some veggie root chips. Later on i'll have a nice large protein shake. I may still have my peanut butter oatmeal for dinner! |
