Subject: LITTLE HELP ON TRAINING PLANS Hey ya'll
Need a little help.
I'm on board for an IM last next year (end of August ). No doubt I can physically complete it (never been unable to physically complete anything I've set my mind to ). No doubt I can complete it mentally
BUT - I've no idea what to do in the prep/base season over the winter.
Have access to a great gym with pool, have decent weather most of the winter to run in (I refuse to bike when it's under 40! ) Pretty sound on nutrition.
Here's what I'm asking for. I need a guide, a mentor a coach. I'm very very self motivated, I just need some direction.
I refuse to bonk, I refuse to quit and I'm shooting for under 13 1/2 in my first IM.
