Subject: RE: ---This sounds very intriguing. So, if I start my workout week today (Sunday ) I end it next Tuesday (2/11 ) and begin the new "week" on Wednesday (2/12 )??? Sounds simple enough (if I got it right ). Exactly what is the benefit here? I'm having a little trouble visualizing what I gain by doing this. I know it's there, I just can't grasp it. |
