I am doing the run protion of a relay team. Was considering doing it with a friend, but he injured his hamstring and couldn't do the entire race, so made a relay out of it. I rode the bike area last weekend and it is pretty hilly. I also heard the run, even though a trail run, is pretty hilly as well.

What a kick a$$ race by doug and his team! He was dead on when he said the course was "something different". I was expecting a flat and fast memphis in may course. It was hilly as hell and very unpredictable, but hey, i felt alive every minute of it. Well organized, well run , great awards and give aways! The best part.....the star spangled banner! Never heard a better version!
