Subject: RE: I Swam 2.4 Miles Today!Thanks...I was really surprised how "easy" it was to do. My main thought while swimming was: "this is so much easier on the body than running, and you only have to do it for 1/3 of the time in a race". I ran 17 miles (15 mile run then a 2 mile run later that day) on Friday. I thought I would be fatigued from that, but I guess not...THANKS CHOCOLATE MILK! The deeper into IM training I go, the more I realize how mental this thing is. If you believe you can do it, more than likely your body can accomplish it. I am training for Beach To Battleship 140.6 on November 1st. |
