I would love to seek the advise of somebody that can get me on the right track when it comes to food and portions. Its more about what I am missing out in my diet rather then what I need to remove. Can anybody recommend one for the Frisco / Dallas area?

What can I expect?

THanks

I really like Eve Pearson Rogers with Nutriworks.  She works with athletes and non-athletes alike and can help you blend your general and training/race nutrition.

You can visit her website at www.nutriworkscnc.com

I'll give a third recommendation for Eve. She really takes the time to work with you and your goals and understands athlete nutrition. Equally important, she is not crazy expensive and doesn't try to get you to keep coming back just to spend money. She's great.
