Subject: RE: Suggestions please!!!!!It may be best to do no running to let your achillies heal. I had achillies issues last year and I didn't run for I can't recall but 4-6 weeks. It effect my run training for 4 months and I stopped running as soon as I had an issue. If you keep training on an injury it takes way longer to recover and I find it isn't worth it. Don't do more swimming to build endurance. Do more cycling if it doesn't bother it. Other option is aqua jogging or ellipitcal to build or maintain your running. Why run for an hour for a sprint tri with a 3 mile run? Most of all go into the tri with have best experience possible and enjoy it. If you are in pain and have to walk, walk...it doesn't matter.
