I'm in relatively good health... yet I'm plagued by injuries I thought I was "recovered" from today.

I've been rearended 3 times (between 96 & 99) and then last November, some moron blew a stop sign and hit my driver's side. I experienced 2 weeks of periodic numbness on my left side. I essentially couldn't function alone. I started functioning alone about 2 1/2 weeks post accident, just in time for my 7 year old to have an emergency appendectomy Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The same weekend our WA to AK move was supposed to take place. We actually moved the 1st week of November.

Today, I'm icing my left side. It hurts like a mo'fo (didn't earlier) and I've got tingling again.

Of course, I couldn't have been injured claim the car insurances involved, it was a low-speed accident...I'm a liar trying to make a quick buck... *sigh*

Was feeling much better this morning...then I slipped on ice. Just not my couple of days. Almost skipped my workout today too, but started to feel the "cop out" coming on, so I did a light workout (30 min treadmill walk) and my strength training. I feel better, but my neck is sore (I wrenched it when I fell). I'm icing now...so here's to a better Thursday!

Thanks Spanner. Truth be told, I feel like a whiner and a cry baby the past two days. I've been going through that stage lately. Just like the temper tantrum stage with my toddlers I can't wait until it's over!
