I am Planning on doing my first Sprint Triathlon  this July 09' .   Is anyone planning on participating in the chena lakes Triathlon in North Pole??

Hey sugar pie - found ya!  I've been running and biking, but not allowed to swim after my eye surgery for a few more days at least.  Wanna do some outdoor running with the puppies sometime this week?

How did the eye surgery go??? Let me know when you want to work out... I have not done any running outside yet but I would give it a try.

mia might be a bit slow to keep up but lets do it.
