Subject: RE: do I log my warm up as well as my work out?As long as you know what you're doing, it doesn't really matter how you choose to log it. Most of us just go ahead and log the total workout and time; we know (as it seems like you are starting to ) what we generally do per 100yd or m. Maybe keep logging the warmup and drills (other stuff? ) separately until you start getting a good idea of what your pacing is, and then you can just log the whole shebang. Or you could just wear a waterproof watch and get a feel for your pacing in the water that way. |
