There are a million posts on this, and probably a few videos, which would be helpful...buuut....in the meantime...
Coming out of the water, unzip, and while running, get rid of the arms on the wetsuit. You should be running with the legs still intact, and the arms and torso sorta dangling around your waist.
When you get to transition, first, if you're wetsuit has zippers, unzip the ankles. Then, take your hands and grab the outside of each hip of the wetsuit, and rip it down as far as you can. In most cases, the suit will get down to mid-thigh or lower, ideally around the knees. Part of the wetsuit should be on the ground, the rest in some state of down your body.
Next is the complicated to describe, but easy to do part. Take either foot, doesn't matter which, and step on the wetsuit close to your other leg, and pull up with the other leg. So if you take your left foot, put it on the wetsuit as far up the right leg as is practicable, and pull up with your right leg, it should work. Then repeat, but the other way
(e.g., right foot on the left wetsuit leg, pull up with the left
).
Repeat this 2x, you're done with any wetsuit.
