OK, a stupid question.
I just bought a pair of TYR Jammers for swimming. Can these also used for running as well? I am doing a HIM and eventually a full and don't want to wear "padded" bike shorts during the run.

Thanks for any input.

You might want to get some tri shorts.....minimal padding.......perfect for the whole race from swim to run.

I run in mine on mornings when I swim and run.  I couldn't ride my bike in them for any distance though, so would never consider it for a race.

The jammers are great for training.  Race in tri shorts for your HIM.  Remember to spend some time training the bike in them so you are used to biking in them.  (I love mine for biking -- more than normal bike shorts.)

If swimming/running, the jammers should suffice.  If adding cycling, then go to the tri-shorts.

When at the gym, I sometimes run with the jammers underneath shorts to run, then jump in the pool and all is good.
