Subject: tigershark sprint #2 july 25th who's going?

I had such a good time at the first one I plan to do the second and possibly the 3rd. really a well run event, they had a decent turnout and perfect weather, hoping it holds for the second one as well.

I heard they may cancel the swim because of a little 2' groundswell. Come on, let's be serious. Tri's are to be done in the open water and sometimes it's bumpy. Let's race!

I was there as a volunteer, did body markings and then gave at water with my son at mile 1. Was an awesome turnout, good times.

They did not cancel the swim. There was a good turnout. Thanks for the help with the markings and water station. I remember getting water from your son. My 5 year old helped out with the water at the finish line. Good race. I missed third by only :36. My T2 got botched when my Zoot insoles got all bunched up on me. Also, someone knocked my helmet off my bike and I had to look for it at T1. That was what cost me. That darned fourth sport got me for the first time. Arghhh!!
