Subject: Sunny side up
I've notice something a bit strange for few months now. When I go to urinate sometimes my pee sinks right down the middle or the toilet not mixing much with the water, thus looking like a sunny side up egg. There no blood or pain or anything, just heavy urine. Any ideas!

My first, and only guess, is you are not hydrating well enough. Drink more WATER, and by "water," as close to pure, plain, H2O as you can get. Do this for a couple of days and see if there is any change.

Anytime your urine is bright yellow in color it means you aren't hydrating enough.  The better your hydration the clearer your urine.

Have you been taking vitamins?  Multi-vitamins and vit-B complex contribute to yellow pee. 
Vit B complex are water-soluble.  Any left over dose your body does not absorb would go into your urine.  Usually the one or two pees after you take the vitamins would be yellow.

Thanks guys, I was begining to think there was something wrong with my kidneys. But since it was once in a while with no apparent reason, no pain or other symptoms....So I guess I'll have to replace some coffee with something else.
