Subject: Various levels of BT membership..
I've read some of the training programs.. and the minimums for the don't seem to match up with week one of the program. Is it because there are only showing an example of the program? How much different do the program look with "gold" or "silver" memberships..

Okay... so here is a "Gold" member 20 week half Iron program description..

Half Ironman - 20 Week - (Import) (Free online plan support)

Available for: Gold members

Duration: 140 days (20 weeks)
This program should be used for an athlete who has competed in some Sprint and Olympic distance races, and is looking to move up to the Half Ironman Distance.

Min Bike: 20m (duration) / Max Bike: 4h 30m (duration)
Min Run: 15m (duration) / Max Run: 2h 30m (duration)
Min Swim: 1000.00Yd (dist) 20m (duration) / Max Swim: 4000.00Yd (dist) 1h 20m (duration)

When you look at the "Min" the Min run is 15 minutes...

Then when you click on the "calender" for the program, the first run is 45 minutes long..

So, what am I getting wrong here..
