This program should be used for an athlete who has competed in some Sprint and Olympic distance races, and is looking to move up to the Half Ironman Distance.
Min Bike: 20m (duration ) / Max Bike: 4h 30m (duration )
Min Run: 15m (duration ) / Max Run: 2h 30m (duration )
Min Swim: 1000.00Yd (dist ) 20m (duration ) / Max Swim: 4000.00Yd (dist ) 1h 20m (duration )
When you look at the "Min" the Min run is 15 minutes...
Then when you click on the "calender" for the program, the first run is 45 minutes long..
So, what am I getting wrong here.. |
