So with only one more tri this season how do you train in the off season. All the programs on here are 12-16 weeks. I am planning on doing Olympic distances and maybe a HIM but I need to improve my endurance. HELP!

for me my off season looks a lot like a season build plan, but without the need to build as quickly, and i tend to focus on 1 or 2 sports a bit more to try and improve weaknesses.

I also use the off season to get stronger.  Lifting/plyometrics/cross fit type workouts.  I think I am MUCH stronger on the bike and the run this season because of that work during Nov-March.

I train exactly the same year round except in the winter I have to move my bike and run mostly indoors due to snow. Plus, I add skiing (alpine and XC) so my total training hours will go up. I love the fact that I'm getting stronger and faster while others are taking an "off season".
