Subject: RE: Swim stroke question?!That sounds odd. Something's up with your free; you should be a little faster than 15-30 seconds per 500...that's ~1 sec per lap (in a pool ). It'd be interesting to look at more info (how you breathe, stroke, etc ) to see what's crackin with your free. Either you're a rockstar breaststroker, or there's free speed to find on your free, might be as simple as breathing on the two rather than the 4. But we won't know until we learn more. Given what you've presented, do the mix. No reason to not be fresh. The swim is tri's warm-up, after all.  |
