Subject: RE: what protein powder? (if any) As a previous gym rat, I've used proteinfactory.com for a pretty long time. I've also used a site called proteincustomizer.com but they've been combined with some other sites and I can't vouch for their stuff anymore - but I used to love it.
But back to proteinfactory.com. They sell a variety of formulas at a very reasonable price. They will even let you custom design a protein formula. I have three separate formulas: morning, post-workout and nighttime, and each one I have both flavored and unflavored. The flavored I can make a quick shake out of, and the unflavored I can make a smoothie out of.
The only drawback is there are so MANY selections there - you really need to know what you are looking to do, what supplements you'd like to add, and what types of protein you want to use.
Look into it - it's really a good deal.
