You smell a funny smell from the kitchen and realize that half of the pasta you're cooking for your kids' dinner is cooked to unrecognizable mush, and the other half is burned to the bottom of your pan.

Your new pan, that is.

LOLOL. The sad thing is, I almost NEVER do. And boxed pasta with parmesan cheese on it isn't really actually *cooking*, is it? LOL.
