Subject: Need Help With a Newly Downloaded Plan

Can someone help me define the HR Zones described in the plans?

Also, is there a legend that explains the abbreviations: ME, WU, etc?

You can find it again in 'Programs' --> 'Using our plans'

You will see a HR zone link and a 'terms and definitions' link.

Thanks Ron.  I understand now.

Another question.  The all of the strength workouts in the first few weeks are identical and in one case back to back.  Can you help me understand the reasoning behind the strength schedule?

They will be identical in exercises though will vary in sets and reps as the plan progresses.  It's just some basic tri-specific movements, nothing complex.  Seated row mimics the swim pull, the leg exercises just provides some strength exercises for the leg and joints since those will be getting used a lot more with the bike and run.  Injury prevention.

It looks like you may have moved a few workouts the first week as in the plan, that 40min run on Thursday should be with the swim on Friday and the wednesday strength should be on Thursday...ideally. Your planned training looks good exactly as is beginning on  the 30th.

I'm not sure how the workouts got mixed up.  I fixed it.
