The min heart rate is JUST for when you are swim, bike or running as a referance when starting your routine. Most people just use the avg and max nHR achieved for that specific exercise. Resting heart rate ideally should be taken when you wake up, and still in bed, preferably before using the restroom and walking around. Fluctuations in the RHR can indicate sickness, fatigue or overtraining. |
