Subject: Creating custom training logs
Hey,  I have been playing with some custom training programs and I keep losing them when I try to modify it.  I haven't downloaded it to my training log yet because I was tweaking it.  I keep trying to pick recovery week every 2 weeks and I keep gettting recovery week every 4 weeks.  Can some one help me??  Much thanks!  Are the training prpgrams (2) I created some where??

Now the recovery is every 3rd or 4th weeks - just too make sure.  We don't really 'save' them to modify after you create them.  If you 'view the plan' and want to modify, you have to go back in through all the presets and create a new one.  Once you see one you like, you have to import it into your log at that time so it's saved their.

Hey Ron,

As a relative newbie, been doing tris for3 years.  First year, just did 2 Sprints.  Did one HIM last year (and maybe a sprint or two) and olys and sprints this year.  Why isn't there strength included in the customized plans.  Do I just add that on my own?  Historically I neglect strength and stretching. I am dedicating the off season to strength and yoga 2x/week each.  One swim, bike and run.  In training sesaon I was going to try to do one yoga and one strength perweek .  Does that sound right?  Training for HIM.  Thanks for any and all help.  BTW I'm 50 yo and work full time.

Strength will be included in a future update.  After you import a custom plan you can add your own strenght to it via the 'planned training' log.  Just go in and edit your planned day.  Once you have a week of strength, you can copy it foward to future weeks.

You can also import the strength plans from a silver plan intro you planned training (just make sure only strength is selected for import). Let me know if you need help on this.
