Subject: RE: Creating custom training logsHey Ron, As a relative newbie, been doing tris for3 years. First year, just did 2 Sprints. Did one HIM last year (and maybe a sprint or two) and olys and sprints this year. Why isn't there strength included in the customized plans. Do I just add that on my own? Historically I neglect strength and stretching. I am dedicating the off season to strength and yoga 2x/week each. One swim, bike and run. In training sesaon I was going to try to do one yoga and one strength perweek . Does that sound right? Training for HIM. Thanks for any and all help. BTW I'm 50 yo and work full time. |
