So I was wanting to use the Intermediate plan under the silver memebership for my upcoming HIM.  Is there a way to move workouts around on days?  Meaning instead of swimming on saturday I move it to thrusday or the like?

If you go to the 'My planned calendar' view, you should be able to drag'n drop them to move them.

In the 'my planned blog' view, you can 'edit' activity --> Move

Let me know if this helps or not.

Thanks, that does help.  Another question though, is the Gold Memebership the way to build a custom half plan?  I noticed the silver intermediate plan does not give distances for the run and bike workouts...does the gold memebership plan give distances?

Yes, the gold will build a custom half plan.  The gold 'will' give distances - but these are rough and it's only for route planning, the workouts are really based on time and heart rate - which will change the actual distance somewhat.

Ok, perfect.  Thanks.  I choose the Intermediate plan because I am hoping to go for the 5hr mark in my upcoming HIM.  Just wanted to make sure I was following the right plan to help me get there.

This plan is designed to make you go faster. 3 workouts per week in each sport, 2 days of strength training and core work. The maximum volume is around 10 hours toward the end of the 12 weeks.

This plan is an advanced plan in terms of volume and intensity and appropriate for someone who is looking to go under 5:00 and as fast as 4:30. There isn’t a lot of fluff in the plan.

Executing this full Ironman plan for 17 weeks would give people with one Ironman under their belts very good preparation for a 2nd and 3rd. Preferably, you should have a 6:30 or faster HIM time.
