FS: K2 Road Bike, pedals, stand

Hello again BTers,
I have a couple of items up for bids to all who are interested.  Thought I'd offer it up to you guys before I tried eBay...you'd apprecaite it more I think.  Either that or you'd actually use it.

First up is  K2 Mach 1.0 road bike with clip on aero bars (Profile Design Century).  It is 53cm and I bought it in Jan 2005.  I rode about 400 miles that year but have only put about 50 miles on it this year due to my knee injury.  The derailleurs/shifters are Shimano Sora and it is a triple.  There are a couple fo scratches from normal use, which should show up in the pix.  It comes with the bike, a helmet, and the computer (with a fresh battery!!).  I can throw in a set of regular pedals (the kind with cages that you wear with sneakers).  Asking $400 obo.  It will cost $50 to have it boxed by my LBS and then shipping will likely be $20-$30 depending on where you live.  If you're in SoCal, we can meet up so you won't have any of those extra fees.

Next is a set of Shimano 105 pedals.  I just bought them for the bike above and then decided to sell the bike...so don't need them any more.  They are brand new, never been used or mounted on a bike.  Regular price is $90, selling for $55 + shipping.  If you buy them with the bike above...don't have to pay extra shipping!

Lastly, I have a bike repair stand for sale.  I bought it on Ebay about 3 weeks ago.  It works really, really well for the bike above because the derailleur cable mounts on the bottom bracket area are very low profile.  However, my new bike has these giant plastic things that make it very hard for it to sit right on the stand.  Bought it for $90, will sell for $50 + shipping.  Still has a 1-year warranty.
