Subject: Plant based diet and trainingI am going plant based for my nutrition. I actually have been for about 2 months now. My blood results came back from the Doc and they are fantastic considering where I was beforehand. However, I have not been training and eating this way. I am low on b12 and I am getting a little fatigued while exercising. Just wondering if anyone else (especially larger guys) is eating plant based and training hard. What are you eating to keep up your energy? Thoughts? recipes? Thanks. |
