Subject: Spin Doctoring
Just a thread for a bit of fun (hope that's okay):

As a back-of-the-packer, I need to make myself feel better about those training sessions in which I bonk. My plan is to craftily rename these workouts to sound less negative. So far I have come up with "Unscheduled Gallowalking" and "VO2 Min Workout". Anyone have any other suggestions?

My all time favorite is always going to be "completer, not competer".
Whoever came up with that is my hero.

I've used "Went out for a run, came back with a walk." recently.
Or "Not so much a run, as it was a trot."

Nothing nearly as technically clever as yours.
