Subject: Anyone watch the Florida senate debate on MSNBC?

I was surprised to see that a state Senate debate that is pretty much not even a contest was televised on MSNBC last night.  Anyone else watch it?  I think Katherine Harris pretty much showed the American people what a buffoon she is and why all 22 Fla. daily newapers endorse Senator Nelson and why he has 35% lead in the polls.

At minimum, it was entertaining.

I couldn't believe her support of a 28% sales tax to replace the federal income tax.

She didn't really make a fool of herself, but she did come across as a lightweight next to Nelson, IMHO.

I think Nelson made a lot of points by stressing the need for bi-partisan cooperation in the House and Senate.

I thought Russert did a great job.  I was especially entertained when she was asked to explain her comment "Those who are not Christian are legistating sin".  She was like a deer in headlights.  Too funny.
