I rode for around 90 min in Tucson on Sunday at 2pm - I think the temperature was around 107 or so. I think you can handle it if you don't go out for super long!

If it makes you feel any better I think I'm going to try running tomorrow morning, and there is no way I'm going to make an effort to wake up early on a day I don't have to go to work or race.

I'm having  a hard time imagining training in that heat. I'll be back home on monday and I'm going to melt. I'll see if I can drag this cold, wet front with me across the Atlantic on monday

I woke up at 10:30pm and went to the gym to run on the treadmill. Ah well.

As some sort of weird revenge of the heat, my a/c in my car stopped working on my way home. Yuck.
