Subject: RE: Westport Kiwanis Minuteman @ Compo beachi like the distances for a warm up event, i swim and bike better than run right now, so i figured it would be good practice, and to get a couple of transitions under my belt. I think i might sign up for it and treat it like an extended brick workout. Baitboy, how did you set up your bike, did you use like a plastic stand or milkcrate or something or lay it on the ground?? I read your race report, that corner sounds like it sucked, hope you healed ok, and great job on the finish with the crash. |
