I live down in Charleston, so I can't give you any specific recommendations for the Greenville area. However, try calling the F.I.R.S.T. center at Furman University. Google it for the phone number. The profs there are heavily involved with running and triathlons and have dealt with all the various injury types that go along with it. They may be able to give you a recommendation.

I would contact the Steadman Hawkins clinic and ask them. I've used the Smith Physical Therapy on Pelham.
