Can't upload or copy/paste picture.  I'm pretty sure I have compressed it and did all that junk.

Where do you want the photo to go?  In a post, training log or albums?  The albums will accept 500kb.  And when it's in yoru albums, you can use the TinyMCE html editor to insert those album photos in logs, posts, etc.

got the pictures in album.  How do you put into the photo slot on the right side of posts?

The left side you mean?  Go to your control panel and scroll down to the bottom left, your 'profile picture' is what you want to upload for that.

left or right (doesn't matter).  I can upload the picture into the album but it says its to large to upload into the profile image spot.

Profiles photos have to be under 50k, album photos under 200k...I just looked at your album photes, tell me which one you want to be in your profile and I can resize and upload if you want.
