I hate to part with it but I have three other bikes in my garage and the family car is asking for a roof.
2002 Trek Hilo 54 cm frame w/ carbon aero fork
(Alum frame w/ very aero tubing and triathlon geometry
),
Shimano 105 throughout - 9 speed group & 53/39 in front,
Rolf Vector wheels
(super strong and durable
),
Syntace bull horn and aero bars w/ Dia Compe aero brake levers,
Cane Creek aheadset, 2 x Profile water bottles.
- Additionally, I will replace stem back to original shorter length
(90cm
) from a 120 which is what I have used.
I used to weigh 220# and these wheels are absolutely true to this date. Now I'm 185 and riding a carbon frame.
Will come with Continental Grand Prix 3000 tires and will also include an extra set of MICHELIN Axial PRO racing tires
(used but with low mileage and are very lightweight
) .
Original owner. I have raced on it for about 3 yrs. but used to train on a road bike and mileage is mostly racing.
This bike has a few yrs so it has a few paint scratches
(normal wear and tear
) but it hasn't been crashed and has been very well maintained.
Asking $850 delivered
(full price will include shop packaging, ground shipping, behind the seat bottle rack system and pair Look pedals
). Anything below that will not include shipping or extras. Mail me for Trek specs and review info.
This is an awesome bike. Original cost $2300, asking about 1/3rd of that. It is a race ready tri bike, not a converted roadie.
