I'd like to train in open water as much as possible. Where are nice, CLEAN swim sites around Tiffin, Ohio? (I'm new to NW Ohio.) Anyone know of a resource of OWS sites online ranking accessibility, water quality, water safety, etc.?

Cheers,

Jon

I live in Findlay,  we mostly use private lakes.  Feel free to contact me if you want to do some swims.

Is there a tri club around Findlay or just the bike and running clubs?  We moved to Findlay about a year and a half ago and I'm triyng to get back in shape.

Funny you ask, we are getting all of our paperwork to the USAT as we speek.  So far we will be small approx 10-15 members but its a good mix from beg to hardened IM racers.  Feel free to shoot me a PM if you want to do some training.  We have a group of 5 going down to Antrim lake this weekend.

How about OWS locations in the Cleveland area, not in Lake Erie.  Are there any?
