I would try Richardson Bike Mart and see if they can help you out. Most of the LBS in the area that I know don't trade, but some will let you put your bike up for sale in their shop if you're buying the new one from them.

What size is your bike? I have a 54 cm Felt road bike and I was thinking about upgrading to a triathlon bike.

Doubt they will trade. Why not just try to sell it outright?

You will probably get more selling it yourself, vs. giving to the bike shop as "trade in" for roadie.

No more tri's? Sorry to hear it. But you can still ride? I know I ride my roadie in most of my tri's. But maybe the running is killing your back?
