Well it's not far away is it? 3 weeks!

I was thinking this year I'll come out and watch some of the youth races - they looks so great at such a young age.

I've biked some of the course and I like the looks of it. I did it two years ago and it was way more technical then. I hope I can improve my swim as that is my weakness link!

Who else is doing this race?? Is the shirt decent? What are your goals?

Mine is to better my time of 2:52

I'm doing the Sprint again. Looks like wetsuits are on again. Wont' know for sure until 6 am tomorrow tho. Weather will be cooler than last year but ok. It was 15C at 7:30 and 19C at 8:30 am today.

I'm really excited now.... finally here..this is my last triathlon before the having children phase of my live... I'm lucky that my transition spot is right on the edge cause I'm the last age group, F 20-29 to go in. I'm hoping to beat my time of 2:53
