Subject: Advice needed to reverse post-race training lethargyI need some help in getting back into the training groove. I trained pretty hard and consistantly for several months and have completed a sprint tri in April and my first oly (yea!! ) May 1st. I am signed up for another sprint in about 6 weeks and a season finishing oly in November.
It isn't that I have stopped working out at all; I'm still very active and workout with a trainer 2x's a week. But, I'm having a real problem getting back into a regular tri-training schedule.
Anybody else experience the same sort of thing? Any suggestions for getting out of the slump? |
