Subject: Uploading pics for album
I use adobe photshop, all pics seem to be larger than the 100kb limit. I have tried cropping them but still they must be too large. I have seen some albums and they have pretty large pics in them, any advice???

I save as a .jpg and use "medium" quality, not "best." This will cut down the file size quite a bit.

If you're already doing that ... then sorry for my useless suggestion! LOL.

Also, try making them 72dpi.

i use adobe photoshop 2.0 for everything...choose the 'save for web' option...then either the gif 128 or the jpeg med/high dropdown...

depending on how large you started, experiment with the jpeg high/low or more likely use the 'new size' box to make it smallerĀ and make sure you 'constrain proportions'...before you 'save' it, it will tell you the new filesize.
