Could I get some help finding my HR Zones:

Run TT Test -

15' WU - Avg HR 150
30' Test - Avg HR 170
10' Cool - Avg HR 146

Forgot to split at 10 minutes but am sure first 10 minute avg of the TT was 172-173 and last 20 probably 169 (LT). That should be fairly close. Just forgot to split at 10 min.

It looks like I came out running a little too hard. I just read what Mike R. had to say about pacing. For the test.

"Running hard for 30 minutes is tough. If it were easy, more people would do it right? :-) So - start out at a solid clip, something with a lot of effort, but an effort that you should be able to pick up at any point. If you think in terms of a scale of 1-10 (10 being the hardest) you would run the initial 10 minutes at level 6-7, then the 20 minutes at like 8-9 with 10 being at the end."

I pushed it hard the first 10 minutes. Gave a lot and then just tried to keep going (focused on trying to keep HR over 170). I hope this data can at least give me something better than what I had.

Great job. Let's say it's 170 - just to be fair and if you had started out easier, I think you could have maintained that. So your zones would be:
See the attached spreadsheet - anyone can use this - just download and save

Looks like I've been consistently training in Zones 3 and 4. Maybe that is why I feel like I've hit a wall . . .

I would be willing to bet 90% of the people out there are in your shoes! Look on the bright side, you are about to get faster!
