I've been unable to upload a new profile pic.  Every time I try, I get this message:

The page cannot be displayed

An error has occured processing this request.
A message containing the details has already been sent to the support team.

The picture I'm trying to upload is 49kb, and a jpeg.  I thought maybe it was the file type, so I converted it to a bitmap (.bmp), and it still didn't work.  I tried deleting my old picture too, thinking maybe that had something to do with it, but all that accomplished is now I don't seem to have one at all.  Am I doing something wrong?
