Great volunteers, and traffic control...perfect pre-post race events (expo not too big, pasta dinner good, post race fun)...good size marathon, no crowding, but busy enough that there was always somebody to run with
What would you do differently?:

More volume training...first half in 1:53, effortlessly...broke down in second half...more training to prepare for that last 8 miles...

I was reading your report (I think it was yours) about the entire day. I really was into it, and had to log off the computer. Now I can't find the report. Was it you? I would really love to find it again. I know it was the Buffalo NY Marathon. Thanks! Barbara A
