This wheel takes tubular tires.  This tire is showing its wear, but has plenty of trainer miles left in it.  But, the cash you save on the wheel leaves plenty left over for new slicks.

It comes with a 9-speed cassette, because I run Shimano 7700 on my tri rig.  However, the hub will accept 8/9/10 speed Shimano cassettes.
