Keep in mind that I am selling this because it fits too big.  Not snug enough for me.  I am 5'-11" and 165 pounds with a 40" chest.  It fits a tad loosely on me.

Ok, I'm almost the exact same size as you, but for the money I might still pick it up, I don't have a lot of bike gear at the moment.
