Felt 2011 B16 size 52 - $1300

I can't speak for the OP, but I've got one in that size, and I'm 5'7" (170.5cm tall) and have an 80cm cycling inseam (not pants leg, that's different). 

the 52 fits me like a glove. 

The Felt B-series fit similar to the Cervelos, in that they are 'long and low' frames.  better for those who are longer in the torso, or those who want more reach (seat to bars) and less stack (a lower front end).  A leggy person might find the frame has too much drop (as their seat will be higher) and too much reach.

which is why you need to at least have a basic measurement of your body done to tell you if this is the kind of bike for you.

other than that- buy it.  it's a great price on a great bike.

It is definitely too small as my cycling inseam is just over 85cm.  I do not have easy access to a shop that has Felt bicycles so thank you for the description of their fit.  I would have a hard time buying a bike without trying it in person and I am on the opposite coast of this bike, but it looked like a pretty good deal on a nice bike.
